Privacy Policy

How Complymerce collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Who We Are

Complymerce ("Complymerce," "we," "us," or "our") provides Amazon marketplace compliance services, including registration and KYC support, ASIN compliance investigations, Account Health and compliance support, and marketplace remediation guidance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, country, and case details when you submit a compliance support, ASIN investigation, or contact form, or otherwise correspond with us.
  • Documents and case information you share with us in connection with a KYC review, ASIN investigation, or Account Health matter.
  • Information generated through our correspondence with you, including support emails and case updates.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide the compliance support, KYC guidance, or ASIN investigation services you request.
  • Review documentation, prepare correspondence, and support case-related communication with you.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to our business.

5. KYC and Verification Information

Where we support a Registration or KYC case, you may share sensitive business and identity-related information with us, such as company registration documents, beneficial-owner information, banking details, and business address documentation, so that we can review it for completeness and consistency before you submit it to Amazon.

We use this information only to support your case. Identity-sensitive verification steps that Amazon requires directly from the account holder — such as selfies, video verification, or personal declarations — are completed by you directly with Amazon, not through Complymerce. Amazon makes the final verification decision.

6. ASIN Investigation Information

Where we support an ASIN compliance investigation, you may share product information, listing details, and supporting documentation with us so that we can review the listing and, where a sufficient basis exists, prepare a report. We use this information only for the purposes of the investigation you have requested. Amazon makes the final decision on any report submitted.

7. How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our transactional email provider (Resend), used to route website form submissions to our team.
  • Amazon or other marketplaces, where necessary to submit a report, resubmission, or case on your behalf, and only with the information relevant to that case.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities, where required by law.

8. International Data Transfers

As we support sellers across multiple countries, information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you are based.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

10. Information Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including case documents that may contain sensitive company, identity, or banking information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website currently does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Full details are available in our Cookie Policy.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or request that your information be transferred elsewhere. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

13. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
